The location is unbeatable, just a stroll to Galataport. The staff's hospitality was fantastic, preparing breakfast early for me – what a wonderful touch!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Galataport and local restaurants. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning, a real treat to start the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, accessing the hotel by car proved challenging, and parking was only available at a nearby paid lot. Although the room was generally clean, the furniture showed signs of wear and could benefit from an update.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed and the great staff who offered early check-in, which was a lifesaver! The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the tram and close to the lovely port where I had a nice meal overlooking the water.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the price was still reasonable for what you get.

We stayed for 5 nights in a Superior Double Room, which felt cramped. The staff was polite, but the breakfast lacked variety and quality, leading us to dine outside after two days. A proper kettle in the room would have been a welcome touch!
